The COMPACT pneumatic quarter turn actuator has been developed to be simple, reliable, and efficient using a patented rack and pinion design. Four separate racks, each with its own piston, develop torque around the centrally located pinion. The Habonim unique 4-piston quarter turn Compact actuator has several cost savings Factors over other designs: Smaller size, Longer life, Less air consumption, higher performance cycles due to shorter stroke and less wear on parts, No "dead" space in actuator housing, Travel adjustments, Designed for mounting all varieties of "top works" from an ISO 9001 approved manufacture. At a given air pressure, Compact can produce the same torque output using smaller diameter pistons and a narrower pinion resulting in a Small Size+High Torque

The new Habonim control valve together with Habonim's unique four piston pneumatic COMPACT actuator mounted with any positioner offer a complete solution for any control loop. This package can easily be connected to any computer or PLC which has 4-20 mA or 3-15 psi output. Habonim's special fugitive Emission arrangement can be fitted directly on the control valve, conforming to the requirements of the US Clean AIr Act or any of the strictest environmental regulations of other countries
